Global Cancellation & Refund Policy

1 Order Cancellation & Product Return
The customer has the right to request order cancellation or product return within a period of up to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- It is not damaged or modified in any way.
- Accompanied by all accessories, original packaging, and the invoice or proof of purchase.
The presence of the product inside its original packaging is considered evidence of non-use.
2 Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products used or damaged after receipt.
- Products that have been installed, operated, or activated.
- Products designed or manufactured according to the customer's request or special specifications.
- Software and digital products or any products capable of copying or downloading after being opened or activated.
- Consumable or health products that cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3 Cancellation or Return Fees
Administrative fees or shipping and return fees may be deducted when processing a cancellation or refund request, depending on the nature of the product and the payment and shipping method, provided that the fees do not exceed the limit allowed by law in the country of purchase.
4 Special Offers & Discounts
Products purchased within promotional offers or special discounts may be subject to different return conditions which are clarified within the offer details or during the checkout process.
5 Refunds
In case of approval of the return request, the amount is returned by the same means of payment used when purchasing, within the period specified according to the bank or payment service provider.
